The more you learn, the better you are

In simple words; you must be well prepared to do better in everything. If you are a teacher, you must know your subject well and up-to-date to make sure you will deliver a good lesson. It is your task to be well-prepared. People can measure your preparation by reading, listening and observing you.

If you are a leader to be, please make sure you get all the knowledge from the theories in the book and learn from the experience from others at the field and combine the scientific approach and humanistic approach.

Always remember that we are dealing with humans and they are different from each others. They need different ways of advices and it is hard to change other people becos we know how difficult to change ourselves
