7.30 am this morning, I started the journey to fitness after 2 years. It was not that I didn't care for my own fitness but I really couldn't do it at my best because of the chest pain. After reading the running-mom blog, I feel like running again. Today, I tried to make it again and HTA (Hospital Tengku Anis) wac chosen to be my starting point to fitness.
I put on the radio (Klasik FM) and started my first day program. I used the running program from the book about "The First 10 km". It started with 2 minutes of walking and 2 minutes of running. I did it for 30 minutes and did 30 push-ups and 20 abdominal crunch. Wow! It was nice to get sweating.
The houses at along the track are the doctors' and the staffs for HTA. It is really a nice place for jogging with green trees surely support enough O2 for us. The track is about 400 meters and in the evening, there are many people play sepak takraw and tennis at the same place.
You can come to the hospital and get fit if you choose HTA. I hope this is a good start for me. After jogging, I can easily and happily enjoy nasi belauk dan teh tarik because I have burnt the calories.
