- Mountain bikers may want the saddle slightly lower, especially if they ride a lot of difficult terrain.
- Knee pain in the front of your knee can often mean your saddle is too low. Knee pain in the back of your knee can often mean your saddle is too high.
- As you get in better shape, you may find yourself raising your saddle a bit.
- Always wear a helmet when riding a bike.
When we decide to climb a mountain, make sure we have a mountain bike because we don't have much time to depend on our feet. Your time duration will be shorter and you will reach the top not just on time but it can be in time.

Sakit Belakang Lutut
Kelmarin aku mengayuh Fuji Newest 2.0 untuk latihan bola tampar. Dalam perjalanan balik aku dapat merasakan kesakitan di bahagian belakang lutut. Apsal pulak ni? Pagi tadi, aku tidak dapat mengayuh melebihi 10 km/j dek kesakitan pada belakang lutut. Aku cuba mencari punca dan mengagak bahawa saddle terlalu tinggi kerana kaki terlalu lurus semasa mengayuh. Akhirnya aku terjumpa jawapan di internet
